Hey, I'm Lee Goff, a seasoned entrepreneur who's been through the ups and downs of running multiple businesses. It all started when I was 12 years old, a neighbor of mine Matt Parker and I competed for every house in our neighborhood! Even in high school and college, I was dead set on being my own boss. Fast forward to 2003, and I took the plunge into entrepreneurship, starting up my first agency. What began as a small operation soon grew into a large Agency with multi-millions dollars in annual revenue, over 40 employees and I eventually got it running so smooth that I retired from that agency and became the chairman of the board (worked 2 hours a week). After being in the chairman of the board position for two and a half years I decided to successfully exit (sale) my agency. I am proud to say that agency is still running strong today!
Along the way, my agency racked up some pretty prestigious awards, including being ranked among the top 25 nationwide for best company culture in Entrepreneur Magazine and clinching finalist status for the prestigious Elite Business of the Year award in 2015. Furthermore, we proudly secured the title of Partner of the Year multiple times, Technology partner of the year multiple times and setting a benchmark for excellence within our community/industry.
But in 2016, life presented me with an unexpected challenge in the form of a major heart attack. It made me stop and think about what really matters. So, I made some changes, started spending more time with my family, and did some soul-searching. That experience inspired me to start helping other business owners avoid burning out and adverse health issues like I experienced. I sold my first agency and focused on building an agency coaching, RevOps consulting business and an AirBnB business located on Lake Lanier, GA. In 2017 I founded my coaching and consulting business.
This business is dedicated to serving the niche of Marketing Agency owner’s with online courses, SaaS product lines and one on one coaching. I continued to do RevOps consulting as I coached some of the best agencies on the planet. During my coaching time I assisted over 20 agency owners in creating their 7 figure business while substantially improving their quality of lives.
In December of 2023 I sold my Airbnb business to focus more on coaching, consulting and a real estate development project in Dahlonega, GA. I'm also busy growing a marketing agency in Alabama and a SaaS-driven agency in New Hampshire (I am a part owner in both).
My entire career has been focused on Revenue Operations utilizing marketing automation, customer relationship management platforms (CRM), precise campaign analytics, streamlined management systems and lead generation for over 23 years. I built my first agency, coaching & consulting business and AirBnB businesses using my RevOps experience while continuing to master my craft.
While building my own businesses or mentoring other business owners , my #1 focus is my daughter. I have been blessed to have her most of every week, I spend as much time as I possibly can being her biggest cheerleader. When I'm not doing that, you can catch me rooting for SEC sports teams, The Braves, developing my wine country land, cruising on a boat, traveling as much as possible, going to church or hitting the tennis court.
