Mike Major - Operations Manager

Mike enjoys working with clients to find the right solutions to help them meet their business goals. Mike is a life-long resident of Calhoun County, Alabama. He attended Jacksonville State University where he studied business and music before spending 15 + years in full time church ministry. Mike enjoys singing, spending time with his wife and children and watching Auburn football. War Eagle!
Mical Johnson - Technical/CRM Manager
The Systems Automator | Building automations for proven systems to grow revenue using Client Relationship Management system. The team affectionetely call him "Mr. Wizard", because when you need some magic to happen, Mical is the man when it comes to both simple and complex CRM automation campaigns.
He is a workflow and marketing automation expert.
In his spare time, he spends time with his family, loves running and talking to Lee on the phone 😉

Tonya Wilson - Creative Director

Tonya is our talented web designer. She oversees most design projects, as well as marketing efforts implemented by our clients and internally as well. Tonya is a native of West Des Moines, Iowa. She holds a BA in Graphic Design from Jacksonville State University. A few years ago, her family grew by two! Her and her husband have boy/girl twins! She enjoys traveling and exercising in her free time. She ran her very first half marathon in Atlanta in 2009, and has completed the Insanity fitness program, worked through the CrossFit program, and lives a very healthy, active lifestyle. In an unlikely coincidence, both she and Chris are part native Hawaiian.
Gary Lewis - Programmer
Gary is one of our programmers, specializing in integrating the RevOps Control Panel into our client websites. He studied English, biology and music at Jacksonville State University, earning a BA in Liberal Studies in 2004. His experience with web content and related services spans two decades, including seven years managing online services for one of Alabama’s largest newspapers and media companies. A native of Marietta, Georgia, and longtime Calhoun County resident, he now lives with his wife and two children in Newton, Alabama. He enjoys hiking and fishing and is an avid fan of JSU Gamecock football.

Lee Goff - CEO - Senior Strategist

Hey, I'm Lee Goff, a seasoned entrepreneur who's been through the ups and downs of running multiple businesses. It all started when I was 12 years old, a neighbor of mine Matt Parker and I competed for every house in our neighborhood! Even in high school and college, I was dead set on being my own boss. Fast forward to 2003, and I took the plunge into entrepreneurship, starting up my first agency. What began as a small operation soon grew into a large Agency with multi-millions dollars in annual revenue, over 40 employees and I eventually got it running so smooth that I retired from that agency and became the chairman of the board (worked 2 hours a week). After being in the chairman of the board position for two and a half years I decided to successfully exit (sale) my agency. I am proud to say that agency is still running strong today! A huge part of our "Secret Sauce" comes from the diversity of options we have to implement the strategic plans we develop with/for our clients. We are never in the position of putting an inexperienced technician, project manager or strategist on your project, with all of our projects we hand select the absolute best fit from our network of partners.
All projects are managed and overseen by the core team at RevOps, for specific projects we delegate some of the work out to our partner network.
